Just two more days to go and I'm out of here! It's crazy how fast this is going by.
Today's special was delicious. It was a mesculan salad with grilled chicken, raspberries, blueberries, pecans and fried goat cheese balls. It was really good and a lot of people ordered it. Tomorrow's salad special is going to be spinach with cherries, grilled chicken, toasted almonds and I was thinking of doing some kind of balsamic cherry butter vinagrette. It should be good. I have to make up the dressing tomorrow so hopefully it will taste good. I don't want Chad to be disappointed in me the second to last day I work there.
Other than that, I'm just enjoying my last few days here in Boston. It will be so sad to leave this beautiful place!!
