Chad didn't get the monkfish in until after I had left. I was pretty disappointed, but he did get some foie gras (enlarged goose liver). He had cut them into small portions about the size of a tennis ball and was selling them for $20. Can you believe that? It's insane!!!! I heard that foie gras has the same amount of fat as a cube of butter. Ewwww.
Other than that, I just worked in the grille room and helped do some stuff (ex: snap haricot verts) for a function tonight. Lame.
