I did it! I finally made a good loaf of bread! Actually, I made 4 large and 2 small loaves of delicious bread. My mom took me to a bread making class this morning and also bought me a Bosch mixer for an early birthday present. It has solved all my problems. Thank you Mom!!!!!

I made the Kitchen Aid mistake too and we eat store bought bread...until I too get my Bosch.
It's about time you got a Bosch! I don't know why people keep wanting Kitchen Aids... I guess because they are a fashion statement and come in cool colors. Yeah, the Bosch isn't pretty, but it ROCKS!
In the Kitchen Aid's defense, it as great for cookies, rolls, and making a statement. But I hear you Alice!
