Make this:
Sprinkle about 1/2 pound of Halibut
with basil, kosher salt and freshly ground pepper.
Saute it in 2 Tablespoons of olive oil.
With the Halibut is cooking, melt 1/4 cup of butter in a small saute pan.
Add 2 cloves of minced garlic and lightly brown.
Add the juice of 1 lime and season with salt and pepper to taste
Add 1 cup of frozen super sweet white corn.
Saute until warm.
Place the cooked Halibut on a plate and add 1 cup of Haricot Verts
(i.e. French Green Beans)
to the pan.
Saute until crispy and bright green.
Arrange the Haricot Verts around the Halibut
and pour the corn and lime-butter sauce on top.
Garnish with chopped Italian parsley.
